"JUST EXIST!!!" is an older song that helped build the foundation of The Love Garden Zendo unbeknownst to me at the time. I was living with my two best friends still, hosting poetry workshops, had a little money from work and college fund still so was able to buy beats... and that is where this song is born.

My friend Megan's Grandma was a member of said poetry workshop group, still is a close friend of mine, and we would always freestyle with our friend Zel (whom also finds his way onto The Love Garden Zendo). Iceberg Theory also was still on the internet at the time, mid to late 2021 when I bought a few beats from him, most that made their way onto The Love Garden Zendo as well. One session with just Megan's Grandma and I, I broke into said beats and we did this joint and started a couple others. Megan's Grandma recorded their verse a few times over the next year and a half, ending on this jazzy flow which I think laces the beat quite well. My verse is the same from the first take, something I am grateful for now as The Love Garden Zendo was recorded and pieced together over about two years.

The Love Garden Zendo reveals itself on Valentine's Day, featuring loads of friends, including Megan's Grandma, Zel, and Iceberg Theory. Previously I had said the project would be released in the spring with the Turquoise Spirit Bomb EP coming before, but the EP needs some work and poems need editing / chapbooks made (+ with so many friends involved with The Love Garden Zendo, it only felt right to drop on Valentine's Day)
